Starting a blog it's easy, but maintaining it requires a big effort, especially, if you want to add value to the community (search interesting topics, understanding them, writing in a comprensible way, etc...).
So why this blog?
I've been involved in product development for years and I've been reading and practicing a lot and this discipline is changing a lot and fast. Even my experience at InfoJobs, Fotocasa, Adevinta data team, as a Product Owner, today I have lots of questions on how to develop products that count on an existing and mature companies.
Usually, I look for answers to my questions on books an other times I search on Medium or I look for interesting profiles on twitter.
I'll use this blog as a way expose my doubts and a way to consolidate what I learn from my own experience or from other references.
Here you'll find a mix between Product Development Techniques, OKRs, Product Ownership, Leadership, Productivity and Learning techniques.
I'll try to write at least one post a week. Hope I accomplish it.
